Take Reservations From Your Web Site

Aximize lets your clients check availability and pricing easily and quickly. Once clients decide to make a reservation the amount is calculated and the payment is made through ©PayPal in just seconds. When payment is completed the client returns to your Aximize hosted receipt page which they can print or save.

First Step of Reservation - client presses a "Make Reservation Button" that you have put on your own web site or your Aximize Homepage web site.

Availability is checked for all units on your property (1 - 9 units). Multi_property search is also available.

Details are calculated and displayed

Below the total amount due for the specific unit is calculated based on rates, season, taxes and deposit policy. Notice that the client cannot proceed without checking the box that agrees to your property policies..

Your client continues on to the PayPal WebSite

Notice that clients can choose either regular PayPal, which does not require that they join PayPal to make a credit card payment, or ©PayPal with Express Checkout which is specially designed to speed the reservation and payment process for ©PayPal members.

Customer Returns to Your Aximize Hosted Invoice Page

After completing the ©PayPal transaction sequence the client returns to your invoice page. Here they see information which includes your property policies, check-in and check-out times, and links to map and directions. The invoice also shows a payment record and any balance due. Your client can print or save this invoice for their records.
